I had not realised Foundry were so big. What about including Old Glory, Dixon, Crusader? Nick

Foundry had multiple sculptors tackle this range so it is a little inconsistent. This was not my photo but as you asked so nicelyI have done some comparison shots of SYW figures. Click on the photos for larger versions.

A few more: have some Foundry Prussians tucked away somewhere; I will do photos of them as well but I expect they will be very similar to Crusader as they were the same sculptor (Mark Sims.) p.s. Yes I do realise these posts show that I have a lot of lead waiting patiently to be painted!

well done - hadn`t realise galloping major were quite so big. To me, it looks like Front Rank are a pretty good average & are compatible with most other makes. Fortunately, most of my figures are Front Rank. Front Rank also do a number of horses, both heavy & light so it is easy to provide variety. You can also specify the exact numbers you require from FR as opposed to many of the manufacturers who sell in prepacked packs which require one to buy more than wanted. Nick

I think my lead mountain is breeding without my buying anything. perhaps the figures breed by fission nick.

Can't beat the "heft" of fissile uranium... I agree about Front Rank, I have only bought elsewhere where they don't do the uniform/pose I require or for variety in irregular types.

The singularity that is my lead mountain is, luckily, about a mile from my flat, so I think I'm safe from any radiation effects. Redoubt are quite big as well, but not as 'hefty' as some others.
