Excellent blog.  

Going to get some MDF and foam board and have ago at it myself. Also going to order some guns from HLBS, so if you want some, let know.  

Might go with the earlier idea and get a couple of the 'bare' MTB's from Dave and customize.

As normal for us, Minimi - who do the Clyde Puffer - have stopped taking orders for the foreseeable. Issues with casting and delivery times.  They expect to be back to normal at some time.
