Wargame Warrior

I picked up a Rubicon model of a US M8 or M20 armoured car in the recent Westwind sale. Both models are in te Chain of Command lists for reinforcements. Which one should I go for the recce armoured car with the turret or the turretless APC?

I bought a squad of Germans to go with my Hanomags. Nice figures from 1st Corps. Did a test paint on one of them to get a feel for the uniforma colours:

Not entirely sure about the shade of the feldgrau but  there seems to have been a lot of variation... (the blue background makes it look more green than it does really...)
